Kentucky Alpha Chapters
The Kentucky District
consists of the Collegiate and Alumni Chapter across the state of Kentucky which are affiliates of the
Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Along with the national organization, the Kentucky district sponsors a variety of programs and activities aimed at developing leadership, promoting academic excellence, and providing service to our community.

Alphas Chapters Across Kentucky
Kentucky boasts a rich history with Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. The birthplace of one of our Founders, Brother Jewel Vertner Woodson Tandy (Lexington, KY), and home for another, Brother Jewel Eugene Knickle Jones (Louisville, KY). Home to four alumni chapters, notably the first of all Lambda chapters seated in Louisville, KY. Kentucky has historically had a strong collegiate chapter presence with eight collegiate chapters across the Commonwealth.
